Part of the Kodachrome series, where I pull colours and inspiration from 1970s Kodachromes slides and distill the compostion and muted 70s colours through the grid. This series is an dive into memory associated with those old slides of a time seemingly bucolic, but like present day, fraught with the challenges of division and misinformation. It is also a challenge in the exploration and the creation of colour and the exploration of the relationships of colour and the role it plays in memory and emotion.
